State Rep. Luke Meerman (R-Coopersville) announced two local meetings for residents to meet with him in March. Rep. Meerman holds office hours monthly at various locations in the 89th District.
Office hours are an opportunity for residents to meet one-on-one with their elected official to share thoughts, ask questions, and voice concerns. No appointment is necessary to attend.
Rep. Meerman will hold office hours at the following times and locations:
- Monday, April 14 from 10 to 11am at the Interurban Depot Café, 1580 Arch St in Marne.
- Friday, April 18 from 10 to 11am at the Ravenna Round Table, 12396 Stafford St in Ravenna
“We’ve wrapped up a quarter of the year in Lansing and this has been a productive start to the year,” Meerman said. “From a complete oversight rehaul, passing a roads plan that brings funding to the local level, and enhancing budget transparency, we’re answering the mandate that the people gave us and that mandate is to curb spending and cut government bloat. I look forward to meeting with you later this month to talk about what we’ve accomplished in these short three months.”
Those unable to meet at these scheduled times but would still like to speak with Rep. Meerman may call his office at 517-373-0838 or email [email protected].
